The Manufacturer's warranty is for 120 days from the date of delivery , which ever comes first, for manufacturers defected parts only. This warranty does not include labor, wearable parts,damaged parts from accidents, abuse, and shipping cost. If you have a part that needs replacing, please contact us and we'll send the part within 7 days, or let you know the lead time for the part. These products are very straight forward and are easily serviceable by anyone trained to work on Honda or Yamaha motorcycles. In all cases, Purchaser needs to return the defective part before we replace it with a new part.
Please note:This warranty does not include belts,chain,tires and batteries.
We will offer 3% spare parts free when you buy full container.You can also send the spare part list which you need to us.
All scooters require assembly, battery preparation, and engine preparation. Please be advised that you are responsible for initial preperation of the machine, maintenance on the machine, and part replacement if neccessary. For best preparation of your machine if you are not familiar with motorcycles/mopeds/scooters, we strongly urge you to pay a local small engine shop (lawn mower/motorcycle/small engine/automobile) to do the job. This will ensure your machine is set up properly and will run correctly for a long time.
